Steven Rainwater is a longtime author who has been writing stories since grade school. He loves historical context, and loves to explore whether there are missing pieces along the way.

The work he writes stays close enough to history, but brings in fantasy to truly tell the whole story. The Guardian Saga is the first series where this is told from the perspective of American history — each book a larger war between what men think they're fighting for, and what has been waiting for someone willing to carry it.

Each book is carefully planned, but built around the stories we have all wanted to tell. Now, for the first time, Steven brings these to his loyal fan base — and is willing to write the missing pieces that tell the whole story.
